polite staff clean hotel great location
the staff were polite and friendly. the hotel was clean and stylish. the location was great, very close to many shops and restaurants. the subway was also VERY close by!
the room lacked storage space. i found this quite inconvenient as it made it difficult to keep my belongings organized. i wish there was more space available.

staff members were always friendly and ready to help, a true testament to japanese hospitality. i noticed that the hotel provided free amenities like toothbrushes, it was thoughtful. the staff assisted in forwarding my suitcase to another destination.

clean hotel ample space strong water pressure convenient location
the hotel was very clean. i noticed the hotel maintained great condition throughout. the rooms had ample space and the bathroom featured strong water pressure. the hotel's location proved convenient, a short walk to both the train station and shopping district.
the tv in my room seemed disconnected. it threw some sort of error.

the staff was helpful and polite. they gave helpful tips on local attractions. staff assisted with arranging bubble wrap and tape for safe transport of belongings and booked taxis to kansai airport.
